bdc8 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with bdc8

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdc8 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bdc8 website located at bdc8.org and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games and any promotional offers. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any service offered by bdc8.

These Terms apply to all players accessing bdc8 from Bangladesh, regardless of the device used (mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer). By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they are updated from time to time.

bdc8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any service, feature, promotion or account at any time and for any reason permitted under these Terms, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. bdc8 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes through the platform or by email where practicable.

To open and maintain a bdc8 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdc8 enforces this age limit strictly and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party when registering an account or placing bets.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme, and you must not knowingly deposit or bet if you are aware that gambling is causing harm to you or those around you.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who lack legal capacity, including those under guardianship orders, may not register.

bdc8 reserves the right to close any account and return the balance (less any pending bonus amounts subject to investigation) where a player is found not to meet these eligibility criteria. Where fraud or deliberate misrepresentation is established, bdc8 may retain the balance pending further investigation and legal action where applicable.

To access bdc8 services, you must register a personal account using your genuine mobile phone number and create a secure password. Each individual may hold only one active account at bdc8 at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by one individual — whether under the same name, different names or different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

bdc8 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. The following information or documents may be requested:

• A government-issued photo identification document, such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of your registered mobile number, such as a screenshot from your mobile network provider account.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered to your name and mobile number.
• Any additional documentation that bdc8 reasonably requires to comply with its internal verification procedures.

All transactions on bdc8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time of deposit, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. bdc8 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the bdc8 account from which the withdrawal is requested. bdc8 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment provider, volume of requests and verification status of the account. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods including bKash and Nagad.

bdc8 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or limits. bdc8 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

bdc8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are advised to read all bonus-specific terms before claiming any offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bdc8 bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

Players who are found to have registered solely to claim bonuses without genuine play intent, or who use betting patterns that constitute bonus abuse (including but not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts or systematically betting on low-margin outcomes to clear bonus requirements), will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for closure.

All bets placed on bdc8 are subject to the individual game or sport rules applicable to that market at the time of bet placement. It is the player's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable rules before placing a bet. Ignorance of the rules does not constitute grounds for voiding a bet or reclaiming funds.

bdc8 uses feeds and data from third-party providers to determine the results of sports markets. In the event of a data error, bdc8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. The following additional rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended by the player after placement except where the platform expressly permits cash-out.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market closes, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific sport rules state otherwise.
• bdc8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, system malfunction or data feed error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per event may apply and are displayed within the relevant market. bdc8 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any player at any time without providing a reason.

Where a player self-excludes, bdc8 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent that player from accessing the platform during the exclusion period. bdc8 cannot guarantee that all means of access will be blocked, and players who are committed to self-exclusion are advised to also use their device's own parental controls or browser blocking tools as an additional safeguard. Reactivation of a self-excluded account will not be permitted until the exclusion period has expired and a formal reactivation request has been reviewed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdc8 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Attempting to defraud bdc8 or other players through any means, including collusion, chip dumping, or use of insider information.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, gain an unfair advantage or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to bdc8 immediately and will not be honoured.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, financing of illegal activities or any other activity that is prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account credentials to place bets or make deposits or withdrawals on your behalf.

bdc8 employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account activity and payment behaviour. Players whose accounts are flagged for investigation will have their accounts placed under review, during which withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. Players under investigation will be notified where legally permissible to do so.

bdc8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information; (c) the player's activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; (d) the player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or (e) regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so. In the case of suspension, the player will be notified of the reason where this is legally permissible.

Players may voluntarily close their bdc8 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met and no funds are subject to investigation. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

All content on the bdc8 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of bdc8 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdc8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if bdc8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bdc8's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bdc8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdc8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. bdc8 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where practicable via the platform or by email.

bdc8 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bdc8.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdc8 uses SSL encryption on all pages of the platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. bdc8 retains data in accordance with applicable data protection obligations and its internal retention schedule.

bdc8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdc8 will provide reasonable notice to players via the platform, by email or by a prominent notice on the bdc8 website at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory or security reasons. The updated Terms will be published at bdc8.org/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your only remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account by contacting bdc8 support. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the closure date.

bdc8 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within that timeframe, bdc8 will communicate the reason for the delay and provide a revised resolution date. All complaints and their outcomes are logged for quality assurance purposes.
